I was drawn to United by the very clear and consistent commission structure. One monthly fee and minimal transaction fees make it very simple. As a HUGE bonus, the backend productivity tools and vendor relationships are top notch. I really like Paperless Pipeline and our staff here in Indy. Having their support has been a huge lift to my productivity and kept my focus on my client’s needs instead of my to-do-list.
Clean, comfortable spaces that are available at any hour – and no extra cost! – are very important for me and United offers this in every office. My commissions have increased by an average of 6.6% from my previous brokerage. My previous brokerage offered a pretty aggressive split (95% / 5% plus transaction fee). But, United’s plan is even more focused on Realtors. In the end, being able to keep more of what I earn and spend less on brokerage costs allows me to expand my marketing and earn more business.
